Many believe this is a problem for novice exercisers. However, a recent study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that 13 percent of Boston Marathon runners developed hyponatremia from drinking too much water. It&#39;s being showing live online (Universal Sports), but Jonathan and I have a commitment at the Chicago Expo at that time, so we won&#39;t see it, and we&#39;ll struggle to cover it.<br /><br />That&#39;s been the problem in the past as well - they don&#39;t show it at all in South Africa, so I&#39;ve never been able to see the race! Would be great to cover though, but I&#39;m limited to reading about it as well!<br /><br />We&#39;ll see what comes out of it!<br /><br />And then to anonymous - you don&#39;t have to read the post all at once, you know? We talk often about pacing strategies during exercise - maybe you need to adopt one to read if you see colors during the post!
