I have and wanted to pass it along. &lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#39;s Chad Shieber&amp;#39;s interesting interview where he&amp;#39;s talking about how running is not necessary for the body, is addictive (the mind releases a grayish color fine  substance chemical into the blood stream) and causes illnesses in other people due to the universal law of balance of polarities (example: there can not be rich people unless there is poor people etc). I am a sports medicine physician and ran this race and actually pr'd at 3:28.&lt;BR/&gt;This is slow by race standards, but it took training in Florida and very focused pre-emptive cooling during the race. It was amazing to see how many runners were improperly dressed for a hot humid day.
