Top 8 of '08 Review
2008 was an Olympic year, and the spotlight was well and truly cast on human performance. There were a few non-Olympic related stories, but for the most part, the world of sport and science was focused on Beijing.
We tried to cover all those stories, and have compiled a list of the Top 8 Sports stories of 2008, as seen through the lens of a sports scientist. Here they are:
